Experience
We have a great deal of experience in engineering high volume consumer goods. this includes injection moulded plastic parts, complex assemblies, metal parts and electronics.
We also have experience in industrial, scientific and medical product design and development.

Analysis and simulation
Our partners PDL make extensive use of virtual prototyping tools such as mathematical modelling, linear and non-linear Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), dynamic system modelling, and injection moulding simulation to improve product quality and reduce the risk of time-consuming design iterations.
This is particularly important for fatigue analysis where a ‘right-first-time’ design will avoid the need to repeat long-term test programmes. Equally, simulating impact performance, where meaningful testing normally requires production parts, will reduce the risk of unpleasant surprises late in the development programme.

Solidworks is at the heart of our product development process. With Solidworks we can generate complex and robust 'A' quality organic surfaces and all necessary internal details.
Communicating with the entire team has been made incredibly easy with e-drawings. It allows us to demonstrate every aspect of a design, assembly, function and appearance. With the free viewer the client can section parts and assemblies, tumbling and measuring the design on their own PC.
Solidworks industry standard data can be passed from the client to us and then on to subcontractors without translation.
Data out-put to our in-house CNC Router, Rapid prototyping machines and manufacturers is quick and easy.
Controlling 2d drawings and exploded drawings for assembly manuals has become part of our service.
